Deleting your Pirateria account

In the game, at once

1. Open Pirateria and go to the Captain tab.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and for good; it cannot be undone.

If you cannot get into the app

Send an e-mail from your account's address to berkanyldrim@gmail.com, with your captain name. Once the address matches the account, we delete it within 30 days at most and tell you.

What is deleted and what stays

• Deleted: your e-mail address, password, captain, city, buildings, ships and fleets at sea, Black Market offers, purchase records, flag, device tokens and sessions.
• Stays: the messages you wrote in chat, under your captain name, and an emblem you put up for your Brotherhood, as long as the Brotherhood lasts. If you captain a Brotherhood, the captaincy passes to the next officer; if you are its last member, it is disbanded.
• Copies in backups disappear as the backups are replaced.

Premium time you bought and have left goes with the account; refunds follow the store's rules (Google Play or the App Store). Privacy policy.
